What This Service Is
Brechtland operates a missed call text back service. When you call our business phone number and we are unable to answer, our system automatically sends you a single text message so we can follow up with you about the call you placed.
This is a customer care service. It is a direct, one to one reply to a phone call you initiated. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not use purchased, rented, or third party contact lists. We never text a phone number that has not called us first.
How Consent Is Obtained
Consent is established when you voluntarily call Brechtland's published business phone number. Your inbound call to us is your consent to receive a reply about that call, whether that reply comes by phone or by text message.
There is no separate signup form, no purchased list, and no cold outreach. If you have never called our business phone number, you will never receive a text message from us.
Message Flow
- You call Brechtland's business phone number, published on this website.
- The call goes unanswered.
- Our system detects the missed call and sends one automated SMS reply to the same phone number that just called. The message identifies Brechtland by name and includes opt out instructions.
- You may reply 1 to request a phone callback, reply 2 to continue the conversation by text, reply STOP to opt out permanently, or simply not respond, in which case no further messages are sent.
- Any messages after that are one to one conversational replies within the same conversation you started. There are no bulk sends, no campaigns, and no promotional content.

A per caller cooldown is enforced so that repeat calls do not result in repeat texts within a short window.

How to Opt Out
Reply with any of the following keywords to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately and permanently:

You will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and then you will not receive any further messages from that number. To resubscribe, reply START.
